I have to renew my plan at the earliest but I cannot seem to log into my account . I also cannot change my password as it is not sending an OTP to my email address.
What do I do as my account will get deactivated if I cannot renew it soon ?

go to store buy it vouchers and call *611 added and do reactivated.
you can't changed password open ticket with PM support and ask them to do it

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

If your account is suspended/expired for 90 days or longer. Your account will be closed, lost your number and SIM will be useless.
If all fails, contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

HI @Shdcost so, you tried reset password ? Maybe once more time by clearing the cache first and restart the browser, or try Incognito mode.
If it still not working, then open ticket with CS agent
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Shdcost , please retry using incognito mode on your browser. As for deactivation, that happens after the account is in suspension for 90 days. If you miss the payment deadline, the account will just go into suspension and service will resume immediately upon payment and reactivation. The cutoff time is midnight eastern time.
