Need help putting on plan on my public number . I lost old information on the number so I made new username

Your username is your email address that you setup your account with.  If you still need then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.

Can you access your My Account with an email address and password?

You need to follow the directions in  @Jb456 post. 

You can try every email email that you have and try the “lost password” process or contact a Mod as suggested.

For community email (what you're posting on now is the community) you can change that email by clicking your badge top right then selecting "My Settings".

For your PM account where your see your overview page, make payments, etc only moderators can change that so you have to open an ticket for them...two ways to reach them.

You can have 2 accounts here. 

One is My Account that you manage your number and finances/payments. 

Another is your  Community Account. 

Which one are you wanting to make changes to?
