Am I able to access my usage history from Nov 2021? I tried on the website but it doesn't look like it goes back that far. I won't allow me to manually input the dates. Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Sorry your history usage on goes back 1 year (12 months) on the drop-down menu.

usage history can only go as far as 90 days
Also, the filter does not work, so you have to go through each page to get to those older usage

Chances are extremely slim that public mobile will be able to retrieve this information for you.
They are able to go back to the last full year (2022) and provide an account statement which only shows plan amounts and payment amounts.
They won’t be able to show you usage details that far back – sorry.

@JenniferBNB Sorry website only lets you go back 90 days . You would need to ask support if they can go back any further for you
