Usage history not up to date

Why is my history not up to date like it usually is?  The monthly plan Renewed on July 12th and the history dates back to June 29 and older.

Hello @ FTT,

Here are the steps to try logging into your Public Mobile account using an incognito window:

Open your browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

Open an incognito/private browsing window:

Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (or Cmd + Shift + N on Mac)

Firefox/Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P (or Cmd + Shift + P on Mac)

Or click the browser menu (usually 3 dots or lines in the top right) and select New Incognito Window or New Private Window

In the incognito window, go to:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca

Hi I do not see this incognito, where is it.

Click on the 3 dots (or 3 lines) or top right, then select Incognito (or it might call Private or Secret )

I tried logging out but nothing changed.

how do you log in with incognito?

probably just browser or app cache

try login My Account using incognito mode or if logout the PM app completely and relogin
