Us Roaming add on

I am on auto pay. I purchased a us data roaming on wife’s plan for her on her plan . 

The charge went through but the add on did not show up on her profile page. 

How do I fix this without purchasing it again.

Now you go back to Add-ons and select the one you want.

@Isetheboy  If you follow the instructions above the add-on should show up. If not and you still want to contact PM do the following. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).

 Purchasing Add-Ons is a 2-step process:

  • You will need to add funds equal to the amount of the Add-On to your account.
  • Then, click on ‘Purchase Add-Ons’ on the Overview page.

For the add-on it's a 2 steps process...first you put money in your account and second you clik to buy it. Did you do that?  Or can you see the money in your available funds?
