I am on auto pay. I purchased a us data roaming on wife’s plan for her on her plan . The charge went through but the add on did not show up on her profile page. How do I fix this without purchasing it again.
i pressed on the addon but it never went in ,seems like it added the $15 to her ballance instead.i assumed it would automaticlly go in but now i see it must not have because her ballance shows the extra $15
