Urgent-payment failed subscription on hold

I’m trying to make the payment but it’s not being processed and trying to contact customer care, it’s showing error.. I even tried add on funds, it’s not processing.. I’m unable to call or text anyone.. can anyone please respond what’s going on here

@Chalupa_Batman yes, you can, but you will need to remember your 4 digits account PIN.  Also, if it got denied earlier, you still should wait a full hour before trying to pay via *611

To pay by *611 with the credit card on file

*611-> 4 digits pin -> 1 to Make Payments->2 Credit card-> 1 Amount due

Hey @softech I can't remember. Can @Chi_12 just use their credit card via 611 to make a payment? Or just voucher?

Understand you want to resume quickly, you can choose to buy a voucher and load via *611. You can buy the voucher from stores without fess (like SDM/711/London Drug/Shell), or online with a small fees (recharge.com/ding.com/muskbird.com)
