I had the $50 account with 3Gand 10 g of data. Then I got an ad for an upgrade to a plan for $55 20 g of data and was supposed to get 4g. Everything was upgraded except the 4g. How do I get this fixed?

1) You need to make sure your mobile device supports 4G connectivity.
2) You need to be in a specific region that supports 4G connectivity.
3) In some cases, 4G connection m ay not be enabled on the device.

@TracyBird Did you take the offer because of $20 off for 15 months on the $55/20GB plan?
Otherwise PM has $40/15GB or $45/20GB plans available for existing customers but you are advised to Change at Next Renewal option as PM doesn't prorate/refund for unused days left in your current cycle.

@TracyBird has it been 48 hours yet since the upgrade?
Also is your phone showing LTE? keep in mind, LTE=4G
you used some speed test app to test the speed?? what speed you got??

it may take up to 48 hours for the data to throttle up to 4G speed.
also, make sure that your network is set to LTE/4G

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile

edit changing from 3G to 4G can take up to 48 hours before you notice a difference in speed
