I treid to upgrade my plan to the $45 for 4.5GB one and I selected and paid for the plan on my account. Instead of upgrading my plan however, the website charged me $43 (I had $2 credit in my account), put a $5 balance in my account and renewed my old plan.

: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET);
Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET).
The answer is usually in a few hours, but can take 24.
