Hi everyone, I recently signed up with PM and have convinced my cousin to port as well. When I first signed up I created a temp # and the very next day I ported my # after making sure everything is working fine. When my cousin wanted to add my ported # for referral, he received an error message saying that the # is not a PM customer. He then went ahead to activate his account without referral. I had made sure that I receive the confirmation sms that the # was ported successfully.
Can someone help me resolve this issue so that I can claim the referral reward?

After a setup has been completed there isn't a way for you to retroactivelty add a referral yourself.
You'll have to get in contact with a moderator to assist you with this issue.
