Hi,  I want to downgrade my plan but the website won't let me. It only gives me the option to "top up and reactivate" to me current plan. My renewal date was yesterday and I haven't been able to get it working. How can I downgrade my plan?  

I treid to upgrade my plan to the $45 for 4.5GB one and I selected and paid for the plan on my account. Instead of upgrading my plan however, the website charged me $43 (I had $2 credit in my account), put a $5 balance in my account and renewed my ol...
