Nobody can go back to the Legacy Rewards. We are stuck with it so for May, June, July and August will be on the Points Rewards at 5% points in points not $. If your annual date was March then you should have already gotten the rewards for it. The Points Rewards start in May…2 months after your annual date.

don't use the link to Reward page from the pop up when you login My Account. Close the popup, them click Reward on the top right of the page. Or use this link https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/

Thanks for the replies. The "My Rewards" page in my account just a blank white page. I've paid March, April, May, June, July. At 5% I should have nearly $8 in rewards. Suppose I wait now one year to redeem my points on the March anniversary. Public Mobile should show my accumulation of points in the interim.

you don't lost the loyalty savings from plan upgrade, just that PM moved everyone over to Public Points in May. You should have got the text and email about this.
You now pay full account first and earn 5% in points. Whenever you collect to 15 points, you can redeem for $15 bill credit
this was the announcement back in March
