A plan with no reward points?

Hello everyone, 

Recently, I upgraded my plan to 20 GB Canada and USA, however I didn't get any reward points. My previous plan includes 1.5$ value in points. Is this a glitch or some plans have no reward?

All plans include points and are received once you make your payment.  It may take a few days for them to show up in your account

@Feedo90  all plans gets 5% back so that plan would get $1.50 back in points every 30 days .and once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards portal . Look at this pic shows the points here @Feedo90

no glitch , all plans will earn you rewards point As long as  you have paid by credit card and not pay by bill credit you redeemed off rewards

but points take 48 hours to be added to your My Rewards

if you paid by credit card, waited 48 hours and don't see the point, ask support agent to check

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
