Why am I not eligible to upgrade my existing 3G account to 5G 40GB data at the promo rate of $34/month? This is not right. The option to upgrade should be on my account as Public Mobile should value their existing customers at least as much as new customers.

@Cyn2 3 or 4 weeks ago this same deal was available for everyone including current customers. Be patient and I would bet money you will see this plan available to all again in the near future.

Most companies would focus their efforts on bringing in new customers rather than retaining existing ones.
the existing ones are less likely to ‘jump ship’ because it’s a bit of a rigmarole so they just barely keep them satisfied.
They will always dangle bigger carrots to others to take them from other providers and move them here.

Unfortunately they are not for existing members.
You are correct though you should be able to. If it's not too much money you are able to upgrade to the 100gb for 50.00$. It's a bit more pricey but if you need all that data it's a nice plan.
Added: also 60gb for $40. Should be for existing members.
