I’ve tried numerous times but my payment change is repeatedly rejected. I’m pretty frustrated with this

@Jenn-k36 You might want to try the app instead . If still no luck you can always get support to help update the credit card info also

@Jenn-k36 I would suggest trying to clear your cache and/or access your account from an incognito web browser. That may help!
If you've tried too many times to change your credit card information, it may be frozen for security reasons though. Try again in a couple of hours.

first of all, try clearing your system cache and cookies, then use an incognito or private tab, and try updating the card on a desktop or laptop device using the website.
