try to login with the same email address , if you can , then go to Profile, Manage EverSafe id and you canupdate the email address there
if not, then support agent will help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Are you able to login into your self service account?
If you are able, go to your profile and edit the email via Eversafe tab.

@Mikee2 You can update the email in your account . Profile page tap the manage ever safe at the top of page . And put the new email you want in
