Update credit card info for payment

All the instructions you provide are not appearing. I am very frustrated. I would like for an agent to email me. If I can’t arrange payment, my phone deal will be cut off. NOTHING has worked. I have spent 3 hours trying to resolve this. Please, pleasehelp me! I need to update my credit card info. Audrey50

You'll be able to 'Manage' and update your Payment Method within the 'Manage Subscription' Section.

'Manage Subscription - Enable/Disable Auto-Pay'

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
