@PeteJR there should be a box for you to enter. Try to use Incognito browser or Desktop to login My Account and perform the action, and maybe it will render that page properly

You enter it into the series of boxes that should pop up when you start the process.
Try a different browser or device or use private mode.
It's called 2 factor authentication. Lots of online places do this.
If you don't remember the email address that you used when you signed up then look in all your email inboxes to find marketing emails or the welcome email from here when you signed up.

Have tried to access my account but can’t remember email or password,tried to get new ones with no success (confusing). Opened new account in order to post here. Received Authorization code previous to these posts but don’t know what to do with it? What is it for?How do I use it?

@PeteJR Was the payment method change completed successfully?
Logoff from My Account, then use Incognito mode and login My Account again and see if the new card is there. If it is there, you can also try to make a $1 manual top-up just to be sure
