Do you intend to keep using Public as your service provider for the next while? How much money did you put in?
The problem is that refunds take a while to finally get back to your card. So as suggested, just leave the money there for your next renewal. But I ask the questions to find out your future needs.

@RezaNB PM is a prepaid provider and do not offer refund if it was not charged by the system by mistakes
As long as you see the extra you paid showing as Available Fund, just leave it there and it will be used towards next renewal.

By the time Public Mobile issues a refund, if they even will, it will exceed the period by which the money would likely have been used on your next renewal.
If you are talking about a very large amount, it may be worth contacting them.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
