Upcoming subscription no longer appears on my profile. Switched to $29/10gb as existing customer.

Hi,

I switched Saturday morning to the $29/10gb plan. The new subscription is expected to start Dec 15, last day of my pay cycle. Hours later, I read that existing customers no longer saw this plan and now I cannot see it on my profile.

Please assist.

@lchh1 , I took a screenshot shot to as I was selecting change plan on renewal & another screenshot right after where it showed upcoming payment, date & so on just incase it disappeared from my account. It didn’t show my name either. Luckily though I can still see it under payment section, upcoming payment!

@lchh1 , I saw that plan available on my account yesterday to when signed into the app with other new plans, then all the sudden the whole system stopped working & I couldn’t get back into my account for over 12 hours along with many other Customers! I would've thought due to the technical issues that all the new plans would still be offered today after we could all access our accounts today! I guess not! 😔 Please update if the CS_Agent honoured it for you. You have the screenshot as proof so that’s a huge plus!

Then message a CS Agent at the link below and ask them why they removed it when it was in your available plans to pick at the the time.

Keep checking your Community inbox envelope icon on top right after the ticket is submitted. CS Agent will reply to you there.

it no longer shows the upcoming subscription change which is why I am concerned.

If the $29 plan shows up on your upcoming subscription change then you do not need to do anything else.

Hey @lchh1 

Ya. They changed it over night to new customers only. However if you have the app on your phone, go to subscriptions and see if it's "upcoming" and if it is, don't worry, they seem to be honoring it then.
