Unregistered sim

Wants to send verification to phone # but phone says unregistered sim and will not receive text, transferred house number so that no longer works in house and cell says unregistered sim but online says welcome to public mobile ……. Vicious circle

plain and simple it is a vicious circle --- won't register because wants to send authorization code to cell phone that is saying unregistered sim, and can't get past authorization page to try to resolve --- literally have to close and delete cookies to log in and start over what the heck ..... getting absolutely nowhere. could work if would send the authorization to email 

but nope grrrrrr

Have you gone fully through the activation process with the app? This would involve providing the number associated with your SIM card, as well as choosing a number or porting in an existing one.

new activation? look like the sim or account wasn't setup properly on the system. 

did you download the PM app and complete the second half of the activation there?  if not, please download it and complete it

If you already done using the app and go to the end of the subscription, step 6. then Please submit a ticket with CS agent and they can confirm
