Hello. I just transfer my phone number and registered a new sim card yesterday, but still have a message " unrecognized sim card". Please advise. Thanks.

it can be a good service but one needs to learn how to use it. it's not a plug and play provider...

@NinaVuds no worry, it is sim card provisioning issue. Easy fix on PM side, but you just need to submit ticket so they are aware and can work on it
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Account is active, but sim is not working g for anything, texts or calls. Do not have another phone to try a new sim.

Can you try rebooting, resetting network or reinstalling SIM card. Is your phone unlocked?

Any chance you can try your SIM in another phone?
What your account says? Is it Active?
