I have an unlimited Canada-wide calls plan. I am trying to call and it keeps saying that I used all my minutes!!! How come?!

When you log in online does it indicate any minutes used just unlimited?

The account is active and it shows how much data I used. All is working except the calling.

@qasmieh Do texts and data work? Are you able to log in to check whether your account as been suspended, perhaps for an auto-pay malfunction?

first thing to try...reboot cellphone and let us know if that cures it.
