Unlimited U.S. Talk and Text Bundle

Hi,

for Unlimited U.S. Talk and Text Bundle, is it for use when you are in Canada, or when you are in the U.S.? Confusing!

Your unlimited plan talk and text bundle to US is to be placed from Canada.

If you are in the US, you will need a 10 days US ROAMING so you can connect to AT&T or T-Mobile cell towers.

The plans at on the right side of screen shot and if you need just talk then it is on the bottom left.

The 10 day US Roaming unlimited talk and text add on works in the US only but really it should be called the limited talk and unlimited text add on as the 3G network is nearing full decommissioning in the US and once that occurs pm customers will not be able to send or recieve voice calls while roaming in the US until telus grants public mobile VoLTE calling and enables it for use on our phones.

To use your pm service while in the US its best to just purchase US Roaming data add ons and download a voip provider like textnow. You will still recieve incoming pm SMS texts with or without a US roaming add on. US Roaming data will allow you to use a voip provider for sending and recieving voice calls and in and outgoing texts, allow you to send and recieve MMS, RCS and iMessages and use mobile data.

Roaming is only for while in the US.

You can select a base plan that you can get unlimited calling to the US from Canada.

You can also get the add-on for limited minutes calling to the US from Canada.
