If customer service does not reach out we will be contacting our bank's fraud department to have this settled, so please contact the email associated with this account to reach out. Thank you.

If someone can use your credit card to pay online for their phone service then they can use it to pay for all sorts of things online.
Cancel the card immediately, get a new one issued. Close your bank account, get a new account with a different number. Change all your passwords/PINs/etc to email and voicemail and everything else so trespassers cannot intrude again. And protect this information, don't share with any friends or family you normally trust, at least for a while.
Fraudulent phone service on your bill (in your name?) can be the first step in serious identity/finance theft. Because the thief can use "your" phone as a 2FA anchor while accessing your accounts or creating their own.

@ResourceCentre Check with Telus as well, they sometimes got mixed up on the Credit card about who shows up for the charge. Like Public Mobile's charge could show up as Koodo on the credit card
if you need to talk to PM support, message them:

Telus owns both Koodo and here.

Thanks for this. Telus is our provider, and I am under the understanding that they own Koodo as well, but I will check this. I appreciate your reply.

If you have no business here and you're not paying for someones account like a child or parent then just get your bank to charge it back.
I wonder if you or someone you're paying for has a Koodo account. A while ago there was a mix-up with charges from here actually looking like charges from Koodo. The other way around but the system quality control around here can be a bit dodgy.

@ResourceCentre hi that is very odd you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH

An unauthorized charge to public mobile has appeared on our credit card. We do not even have an account to facilitate this purchase so if I could be pointed towards customer service, that would be great. It's frustrating that a bot is all anyone is offered in terms of support.

What kind of fraud has happened?

The community are just customers. Best course of action to have this investigated is to connect with a CSA as mentioned above. Private message is probably best.
