I lost minutes to the number647 580 4001 which I did not make . How do I get back my minutes?

@Ludi Most Public Mobile plans now have unlimited minutes, only the $15 plan in Quebec is limited to 100 minutes. Is that the plan that you have?

That number is to voicemail. PM will keep track of the calls to voicemail. It should not "count" if somebody calls and just leaves a message. However, if you check your voicemail from your mobile phone, these minutes will count towards your minutes counter/tracker.

@Ludi That’s voicemail number and even though it’s recorded in your usage history it won’t count against your mins no worries . It’s from when someone called you and go voicemail and public mobile tracks that for some reason

it is just voicemail. Those number ended with 4001 are voicemail. The usage log will show that

no worries, it is a voicemail number. the usage log will keep track of any calls got to voicemail or when you check your voicemail message
