E-sim Failed to activate

I purchased a new activation with a new number through the website
The
eSIM failed to activate.

Logged into my profile to try and resolver but the account is asking for an SMS verification code that cannot be received because the eSIM never registered.

I need the eSIM reissued/reset or your account verified another way.

maybe you can make it works

check Sim Manager or Settings->Cellular screen

  1. Remove your old provider sim card or disable old esim.  
  2. Enable PM esim (on  iPhone, toggle on Turn on this line) and set the label to Primary

Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings

but if you still cannot make it connects, or the PM esim cannot be found, ask PM to help.  

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
