How long did you port over? It can take a few hours for the port to be completed.
Did you answer "yes" to your previous carrier port request confirmation text?
Are you able to use data? What about incoming texts or voice calls?

was it over a month ago that you requested port? if it was over a month ago, did you get a text from the old carrier for the approval of the port and did you reply Yes? If no reply for a month, the port would be cancelled and PM will assign you another number
