Do you mean suspended subscription for nonpayment for less than 90 days or cancelled subscription for nonpayment OVER 90 days?
If it was UNDER 90 days, login to your account and make a payment or dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a CC/Debit/voucher payment.
If it was OVER 90 days, you need to purchase a new SIM, activate the SIM and pick a new number.

call from another phone to 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter 1 for English and then enter your phone number. If the system cam locate your account, it's good, account just suspended
you can then pay on the same call to resume service if you know the 4 digits account pin, or you can pay through My Account
if the system cannot locate your account, then your account was closed due to non payment for over 90 days. You will have to get a new sim to start a new account

Has your plan/account been suspended for 90 days? f it has, your account has unfrotunately been closed. If it has been less than 90 days, payment needs to be manually made to resume your service.
