How do I get them?

When did you order the PM SIM? Canada Post might take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on where you live.

If you are in a hurry, go to your local London Drugs or Walmart. Sometimes they will have a promo and will give you a free PM SIM if you get them to activate the SIM for you. 
You can order one from Canadian Cell Supplies at $4.99.

check near by public mobile store or any retailer like wow mobile or telus or koodo store they do have the public sim cards

If you need them quickly, proceed to a local Walmart or London drugs or other mobile shop that may sell Public Mobile SIM cards.

 

Just tell them that you lost yours and you need a replacement - otherwise they may be hesitant to sell you one without you allowing them to do the activations for you.

 

You should be able to get them for around $10 each in store.

 

If you're in the Toronto area, Canadian Cell Supplies also provides them for cheaper.

HI @JulioS   How long you have ordered?  I think people now reported that they receive the SIM within a week

 

To check the status, open a ticket with PM Support, 

click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. Type: did not receive my sim card
  2. Then click "Contact Us" ,
  3. and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@JulioS  How long ago did you order?. It could take 2 to 3 weeks to receive.
