Hello,
I recently subscribed to a 3 months plan and I have not received my SIM card yet. My plan has not been activated yet. I have to cancel this subscription as I had the bad surprise to be informed that I have to keep my current plan with Telus until February 2025...
I cannot pay both plans. How can I be reimbursed for the 3 months subscription and have the shipment of my Public mobile SIM card canceled?
