For the last 3 months Public Mobile has been stealing money from my credit card after having cancelled my account. I just saw that yesterday PM has once again removed money from my cc.
I want those funds that you stole from me returned NOW!!

Call the number on the back of your credit card and tell them it was unauthorized they should be able to deal with it

You need to login to your account and disable AutoPay/Subscribe button to stop the automated withdraw then it won’t withdraw money from your CC.
The second option to close your account is to port your number to another carrier then all payments will stop.

How did you cancel your account?
To cancel your account you have to port out. Did you do that? Or unsubscribe? Did you do that from My Account?
PM generally doesn't provide refunds, buy if you feel you did what you needed to do and closed your account correctly, use the chatbot to submit your request to them.
