you didn't try to make any charge back on any PM transaction, right?
It's weird you have unauthorized access. but check with PM support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

I don’t think it’s renewal date but I changed my credit card a little bit back and I don’t know if that worked or not

when was the last renewal date? Maybe today is the renewal day?
when was you last time you had full service?
did you try to reverse a PM charge with the credit card? this usually happen if people had a chargeback on a PM transaction
