Just wondering if anyone in Vancouver BC had the same experience. I always unable to use my phone when I am in T&T in Vancouver or Metrotown. It will work if I am closer to the cashier area. I was told that also happened to other service providers as well

Never tried but next time when I in am at T&T.
The problem might be that T&T is at the basement of Metrotown in Burnaby.
Too bad PM doesn’t have wifi calling so you can connect to the mall or store wifi.

HI @captaincool Good thing is that T&T has wifi 🙂
it is not unusual that there could be connection issue in side some stores or building, usually due to the material used in the structure. Nothing much you can do., this can happen with any carriers

No personal experience in those areas, but I do notice similar experience in big box stores such as Home depot. I know that T&T Metrotown is in the basement of a big mall, so lots of concrete around. Depends on the location of the nearest cell tower and the building composition, etc. Not much you can do about it.

@captaincool I'm not in that area so no experience there but it happens in supermarkets and other stores. I would think the cashier is nearer to the entrance and therefore nearer the outdoors where the signal has less obstruction to penetrate. I know in our local supermarket I would lose signal the further I got towards the back of the store with my previous carrier.
