Hi everyone,
My add-on status shows the $20 US data roaming bundle, but I can't use it.
I had requested it last week in error and contacted support to cancel. Now I cannot add the bundle.

Did customer support reply to your request and confirm that they had removed the add-on and credited your account? If not then it would be in your best interest to contact them again ensure you get a reply ask them to remove the current one and then replace it with a new one that starts today. If you use the current one it will expire in a couple of days and you will be have deemed to have used it.
Alternatively while you were waiting for customer support you could purchase one of the US roaming data add-ons. Download TextNow and choose a Canadian number. With the data add-on you can now use SMS text, voice calling, MMS and have mobile data.
Just don't use your voice calling or texting from the other US roaming add-on. The CSA can adjust any data if it's used from the original US roaming add on bundle that you need removed.

If you're showing it in your add-ons then it would seem it was not removed. Can you manually connect to T-Mobile? Did you turn on roaming data? Does your normal plan data work when at home?

What do you mean 'you cannot use it'? US add-on not working while you are in USA? No wonder...
