Hi, I was trying to transfer my old phone number (587-xxx-xxxx) from Rogers to public mobile. I entered my phone number, but I have no idea why it is unavailable. Also, I contacted with u guys yesterday but no one replies me.

Is your number from Rogers still working at Rogers? In order to transfer a phone number from another carrier, it must still be active.

response times for mod messages are 48 to 72 hours currently

Site policy requires that you not post personal information in this open to the world forum where anybody whether logged in or not can see it.
Is your Rogers number coming from an active service? You can only port a number if the source is active.
