Unable to submit a ticket. No service for 10 days

I have tried to contact someone for help but cannot submit a ticket or even a private message.  I have filled in all the fields correctly but still am unable to contact anyone for help.  I live remotely and have been 10 days without service.  I am so incredibly frustrated and ready to switch providers.

 

help!!!

@alandavidson02  - yikes, sorry to hear you have been without service for so long.

Hopefully, you submitted another ticket with Customer Support Agents. Have you gotten any response yet?

 

Are you a new or existing customer, if you would like to try to share and get some possible help here...?

 

 

I will suggest some troubleshooting for network issues; please try these and see if any helps:

 

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings on your device

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

*manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily)

If you can post here, you can definitely contact CSA. Why did you wait 10 days with no service??? Should post here ASAP!

- Send a private message to the CSA by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

IF you are able to post here in the community, you should be able to direct msg CSA_agent .

 

If you are not able to login into self serve then try 'forgot password' and try to reset password by providing the correct email id. If you dont get the email the first time, Try all the ids which you were using at the time of account creation. Also check the SPAM folder.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
