Unable to sign into account, says we have incorrect email on file. Need to make a payment.

Hello,

 

Our credit card was compromised, and we need to update our account with a new credit card number.  After many attempts we are unable to sign into our public mobile account to change the credit card number.  

We cannot place a ticket because the email address seems to be incorrect, and we cannot sign into our account or place a ticket through Community.

 

We require assistance to sign into our account and confirm the email address on file so that we can update our credit card info.

You can also pay by using payment vouchers available at Shell Gas and Walmart. Dial 611 to add the vouchers to your account.

There's also on-line payment vouchers from recharge.com or ding.com...they do add a small user fee though.

Thank you so much! I will do that.  So frustrating not being able to contact someone.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to try to log in.

 

DON'T rush and start changing password! Try to log in with credentials you always used up to now.
