@Eugeniopino  - do you have an iphone and use only iMessage?

If so, check that you have data left remaining on your plan under the overview section in your self serve shown below. If the line item does not exist that means you used it all up this particular cycle.

If this is your scenario, go to your iphone settings and enable both SMS and MMS options. Then texts will go in/out without the need for data or wifi.

Lots of recent posts on this, may just be a temporary outage. If you can fill us in on the blanks above, the community would have a better idea.

Are your other services working? Calls? Data? Check for an outage in your area. If there is no outage reported try the following:

 

  1. Reboot your phone.
  2. Toggle airplane mode on/off.
  3. Remove your sim card. Put it in another phone if possible if not leave out for at least 10 minutes. Reseat SIM card and reboot your phone.
  4. Clear your messaging app's cache.
  5. Switch to 3G only if your calling works.

@Eugeniopino   which area, province and city, you are at?  There seems to be 2 more complains about text today

 

you tried reboot your phone? and you were sending sms , not iMessage or RCS?
