I'm trying to log in to my PM account and am not able to do so.. not sure why....
I've recently ported out my number, could they automatically close my account?
I still wanted to keep my public mobile account and pass on my account to someone else.
having a lot of difficulty... no support compounds the issue...

Sorry but when you port out your account is closed automatically and you can't login anymore.

Porting out closes the account. That's the same with all providers. You wouldn't have been able to do what you were intending to do anyway.

Sorry @msaga once number is ported, your account will be closed. Therefore, you cannot login anymore and cannot pass the account to anyone
So, your friend or family would need a new PM sim card and activate a new account
