I had a plan with Public Mobile 8 months ago before I left for a long trip and had no problems what so ever with the data, even on the 3G network.
I've returned from my trip and got a new plan with PM, even upgraded to the 4G network, and now my data is either abysmally slow or non-existent to the point that I'm thinking of switching to a different provider.
Wondering if anyone can help me in getting the data to work properly?

Thank you! I'll do these and leave my cell on data for the next couple days and report back if that worked or not.

For APN, trying changing t o
SP.MB.COM
For VPN, are you on Android or iPhone?
Android
1 Open Settings.
2 Tap Connections.
3 Tap More connection settings, or on some devices More networks.
4 Tap VPN.
5. delete any VPN profile there
iPhone

Thanks for the help! Where would I find the VPN entries and delete them?
APN = isp.mb.com
Should it be something different?

Had the service for over a month. I work from home, so I don't use it much, but I would like data to work when I need it when I'm out and about

LTE was already enabled and Low Data mode was already turned off. Resetting the settings doesn't seem to fix the issue

Thanks for your response! I'll try and it again, but I've done it in the past and it doesn't seem to fix the issue 😞

If you just upgraded from 3G speed to 4G speed, the new 4G speed won't kick in until 48 hours later.
So you might have to wait still for the faster speeds.

Since the phone was used on another countries before, check if there are any VPN entries, if so, please delete them
Also, you might want to confirm the APN settings as well
