I activated the $34 50gb plan today but not able to receive confirmation password or otp. Even if I keep pressing resend, it doesn’t take me to email option.

I can’t request porting because I am unable to go to that screen.

Yes, I tried. I did get the code. After entering it, it took back me to the same screen again and loop continued.

I tried but it took me on a loop and came back to same screen prompting me to enter the password.

When I just signed up I had to do resend code and then to email.

Did you try using computer to resend confirmation code to email?

did you request porting? is the porting completed? If not, better wait for the port to complete and this issue will be a non-issue
