Hello,
I ported my number ~48 hrs ago, and I am currently unable to receive text messages from a number of my contacts (no issue with calling). Looking for support from a PM moderator to look into my account and try to get this resolved.

so, those number who texted you that you didn't get , they can call you?
Reboot phone one more time and test again?
if you are not using Google Message yet, install it and set as default. But if you are already using Google Message, try clear cache

@Ram_teh_g0d you sure you are receive calls from carriers outside of PM (and Telus and Koodo)? really only an incoming text issue? are you using iPhone or Android?
