My brother switched to Public Mobile a while back and was signing up at Walmart.. he had my referral code ready to use but forgot about it till after the fact and they never asked for one.. is there a way to use it after signing up? Would be nice to know for the future if this happens again.

@Public_guy - There is a similar thread from 1 year ago saying that Public Mobile is self-serve only & no more Walmart & London Drugs activations

Yeah it's been quite a while, I won't be attempting to get that referral from my bother but it's nice to know that it would be possible to in the future had the same situation happened again, thanks.. how do you open a ticket?

Customer support can apply the referral afterward if you forgot but since its been a while I dont know if they will, you can always try to ask them You can create a ticket by asking the chat bot "create ticket" and answering the following questions here's the link https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html?lang=fr

Retailers like Walmart and London Drugs stopped activating SIM for new members over a year ago.
Also, you can’t referral code on your own account.

if your brother sign up in Walmart, that was looooooooong time ago. PM has gone all online for activation for over a year
Since it was that long, support would not be able to apply the code back. Sorry

It depends how long back it was. Usually they have a 1-2 weeks window. If it's been more than a month, I don't think it will work.
You can create a ticket using the chatbot below right corner. But once again, if it's been more than a month, I wouldn't even bother creating a ticket as the answer will be no. I'm positive on it.
