Unable to receive call

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

l switched from sasktel to public mobile 5days ago, l could not receive call  on my phone but l can call out, what should l do?.

In addition to the above, your old sim with your old provider is probably still fully functioning.  I would test it and if it is working I would put it back in the phone until the port is complete so that you don't miss any calls that way
