Unable to receive SMS/Calls

Hey all,

I already msged someone on here about a porting issue, but I wanted to find out if anyone else is having the exact same issue as me.

I ported over from Fido Saturday (on the first try there was an activation failed, then I tried again and it workd). I have data (LTE) and can make outgoing calls, and send texts, but unable to receive calls and also receive texts. Anyone else have the same symptoms?

Thanks guys, that is what I figured, just seeing if anyone from fido/rogers had the same issue. 

I guess we will just play the waiting game, at least data works.

I have the same issue. no incoming calls or texts... but can make outgoing calls and send texts..sent mods private messages last Friday, now waiting to get it fixed...

There are alot of folks who have this exact issue and there is no word from the moderators about the time frame involved to get this resolved.  We can understand there is a back log but at least give us a time frame so we can make alternative arrangements if needed.
