Thank you for the replies. My number is active, I will keep it so until the port is done. Yes I am also sad to leave but I am getting my bill paid. I still have my wife's line on Public Mobile. Thanks All..

After removing and reinserting the SIM a few times my issue is now resolved. Thanks to all who helped.

I powered down the phone took out the SIM and reinserted it - still no incoming calls since the 20th.

@Mary_M So this customer signed up today and is getting help, however myself and many others have problems over 9 days now and no help. Good going PM, good going, PM!
