I am attempting to purchase a US Roaming add-on and it happens to be my renewal date. The system seems to think that I have not paid for this month and says my account is expired. The funds are there and I added extra so that I could pay for this month as well as the add-on. Is there some way to make this purchase before my flight takes off in an hour? 🙂

You can make a purchase at your arrival airport or at your hotel on wifi.

Renewal process is usually completed by 12 noon EST.
You can probably try to get help from a Customer Support Agent with buying your add on, before then .
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

Renewals are usually completed by midday. Please ensure that there are already enough funds in your Public Mobile account balance.

Anybody have any idea how long it takes for the renewal to complete? Is this something a support person could help with?

Unfortunately, you'll need to wait until the renewal has completed to purchase the add-on.
