I received the text message from my provider (Rogers) asking if I wanted to port. I replied yes. That was yesterday and still nothing is working. Public mobile chat tells me to create a ticket but once i fill everything out it says the ticket can’t be submitted. I called rogers they said it’s an issue with my new provider (PM) and not them. Please help 😞

@Jessica08 did you try reboot your phone with the PM sim ? And can't make outgo8ng calls too?
If no incoming and outgoing, it is sim card provision issue, easy fix with PM support, just engage them by messaging

What happens if you put in your PM SIM card in your phone? Do you get any service?
If your port is stuck, you should still be able to text and dial out. Just unable to receive text and calls.
