I am not able to use my iPhone to make outgoing calls? I have received a ticket but am unable to enter the information required to access the technician??

@Pocahontas Are you able to receive incoming calls, text messages, does data work? Have you tried turning airplane mode on, waiting a few minutes and then turning it off again?

You say you've "received a ticket". Does that mean you've created a ticket to get help from a CS Agent?

Transferred from Koodo about three weeks ago and all was working fine until yesterday! Have tried all the recomended solutions with not success.

So, we're gonna need just a little more information from you.
Did you just sign up with Public Mobile? Have you been a customer for a while and this happened out of the blue?
Have you tried resetting your network settings on your iPhone and rebooted? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone?
